Runuo Users often using Winmerge. You can Compare complete Folder and it will show you the different parts of the Files. 1 Click can Copy from a to b or you could Edit by hand. Easy to handle , free to use, get it Here  (http://winmerge.org/?lang=en)  8)

Well, if you are looking around...

ExamDiff (http://www.prestosoft.com/edp_examdiff.asp) - I thought this was much better then any of the others I tried.

This one (http://www.scriptuo.com/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;id=3) has a diff function too ;)

I use Notepad++ for text file comparisons, works fine.
