Title: Old School Atlantic Shard, Pre UO:R Player

Hey Everybody!  (why do I feel like that was on some TV show or movie in a goofy characters voice?)

I played UO pre UO:R through third dawn.  After that, I just couldn't handle Trammel anymore and quit Atlantic shard for good.  I remember back in the day using UO:AM, camping for fruit baskets, server wars, and using world forge to make a flying boat :)  Addiction doesn't explain it.  I nearly failed high school b/c of UO lol. 

After UO, I played various MMOs such as Anarchy Online, DaoC (Kay), Rift, Aion, Tera Online, and a handful of others.  Nothing has replaced UO though.  Nothing ever will. 

Currently, I just started back on Hybrid with a few accounts.  Starting basic, just got a few houses placed, and working up my macros.  My main will be a Tamer for moneys of course, a treasure hunter, a faction toon, and a PK (likely stun scribe).  I also enjoy FPSs such as CS:S which I started playing when it was just an alpha mod for HL.  Man, I'm old...

Anyhow, since I'm recently back (and addicted again) to UO, I heard from some friends to stay awhile and listen (Quit Diablo 3 in July, awful replayability). 

Looking forward to wasting, many, many hours here.

My fondest memories of Ultima Online are from Pre:UOR. Prescasting tank mages...

Lots has changed some for the better some for the worse.

 HAHA i remember fruit baskets. And the disappointment when you finally got one, locked it down and hit a lag spike when double checking to see if it was locked down...and eating it.
