Hello,

my name is Ron and I'm a "UO-Returner".
I started my UO career in 1999 on server "Drachenfels" and was addicted for almost 4 years.
My guild is called "the guardian angels" and is still active but has a lack of members at the moment.
Unfortunatelly i quitted because a lot of my guildmates left UO for other games which where released at that time.
From 2003 to 2012 i was playing games like SWG, LOTRO and Eve Online.
Eve is the only game where i'm still an active player. Last september my guildmate told me that UO is free for a month for 15th aniversary.
This was one of his biggest mistake.  :D I'm not playing very much Eve since that day.
I have to admit that UO has gotten a lot of new content and has not lost any of his spirit from 2003 to now.
I am really hooked up again and experimenting with new templates or just having fun with other guys.
The most important thing in UO now is, that most of the people are at the same age as I am and did not expect that so many people are still playing UO.
By the way, i almost forgot: I am 34 years and father of two kids.

I'm not familar with scripting, but i know how to use all those nice tools for UO and maybe read some of the code you guys are writing, and I'm deeply impressed of that what you are doing here.

Nice to have another new face around here.   UO has been around so long that I'd bet more than 50% are mid 30's or more.  I'm 34 myself with a little one also.  For me "playing" UO has been running scripts with short bouts of actual playing for years now...  Is it just me or does any else crave the psychological UO crack feeling of "GETTING AHEAD" in game via scripting?  I honestly get annoyed when real life denies me that on occasion..  lol
