Title: A Brief Introduction

Hello All

I started playing UO in the fall of 1997. I started my journey on the Baja shard. I played on that shard for about a year until a friend of mine from highschool started playing on Chessy. I switched servers and played there for over a year and then I left for college. During college I met a guy who played on Atlantic so I switched servers once again but this time for the final time. I quit UO in 2000 and moved to EQ which I played for 5 years. It got boring and repetative so I moved on to WOW. I played WOW until early 2011 and after that stopped playing online games completly for a full year. Well my sister started playing UO again and over the holidays she sucked me back in so now I need to catch up. Which brings me here.

I am 32 year old male and I have 3 wonderful chidren. I have been married to an amazing woman for almost 6 years. I am a computer programmer for the US Navy and am also a full time college student. I love playing games and enjoy spending time with my family. I hope to stick around the forums and perhaps help some others out once I learn the scripting language.

It really takes the monotony away from teh game.  Makes it fun to play again.  Also UO > WOW!

ps forgot to start if your a programmer euo script is going to be easy but also a bit frustrating... if you can deal with the not so good documentation and por gui .. openeuo has alot more power and less quirks than euo....

Don't listen to EN, just go right for open EUO.   I have several arguments why, but the only one I need is 'Tables'

LOL I wrote a table emulator in EUO script... it not so pretty and gave me a headache when i wrote it but it works.

OpenEUO Negatives
no sockets
no execuatalbe access
bad to poor documentation
gui issues.

Or if you wanna do some real scripting. Play with Stealth :>

Uses PASCAL or Python and does so much.
