I think it's kind of funny how I got here. A few weeks ago I was on call for the hospital I work on and since I live too far away to go home when I'm on call I went to my cousins house. I booted up my laptop and we started to play Torchlight 2. We had been playing together for quite some time and were just about to beat the game. We decided to take a little break and I thought it'd be a good time to browse the web. Then I saw it...someone had a UO:R shard. Free. to. play. Call me a noob, someone with wool over their eyes but WOW! Remembering how I truly enjoyed the game 12 years ago I told my cousin. It's been history since then.
I started playing UO in the December of 2000. I got it for my 16th birthday. Never before had I felt such elation at playing any type of game. Little did I know that UO would ruin EVERY RPG for me thence forth. Nothing beats the rush of fighting against another person knowing I very well may lose EVERYTHING in my pack or gain EVERYTHING. I used to sweat, yell (not rage), miss my precious macros, and actually laugh when I died. Nowadays games are all about "gimme gimme gimme" as if people are entitled to the best stuff without earning it.
I enjoy pvp, even if I'm not great at it. I've tried many different templates and it seems like I'm decent on a tank mage with fencing. Nothing like putting all of my eggs in the RNG basket. I dont mind playing a tamer but Ive never had the patience or skill to work taming by myself. I bought my first tamer from a guy on ebay, lol. Yeah.. I do like playing a thief and I plan on starting one on the shard I'm playing on. Seems like I can get some good stuff with thieving.
So I'm back. I love UO and I recently realized how much I hate the grind of training skills just sitting in front of the computer. This is where I belong. Contributing my thanks, feedback, and ideas to the people who know what they're doing with the scripting. It's an honor to be a part of this community if you'll accept me.

Thanks for the welcome. The name is from the first thief I ever made. I was tired of everyone picking me so I started picking back.
