That seems to happen about once a day when I farm shame or cove..  It's borderline depressing.

I've done very well with jewelry and weapons.   

But the elusive clean legendary item continues to be a never ending thorn in my side.

(Although I will admit to manually looting some of the monsters that take forever to kill.  I like to savor the anticipation.)
