Here what I have form a while back
IS_HS_XU_OCB_NCB_UGB_BZ_AV
Those are for Human and Elf if I remember.

UO Fiddler has, use Neos Converter to generate mulfiles then download and setup http://downloads.polserver.com/browser.php?dir=/Projects/uofiddler . This is an UO File Format Reader, with this you can get all gump,cliloc,items,tile info or whatever you want ;)

Downloaded/ran UOFiddler - browsed thru the tabs, but don't see any reference in there for char types...

MAB_SAB_LAB_QAB necro forms
AV_XU elves
OCB_NCB gargoyles
JS_KS_KV_ZU ghosts
(Tested all but gargs on vanilla runuo). Not sure what the others are, there should be one for spellweaving reaper form, one for savage kin paint, and possibly some female equivalents for vampiric embrace and savage kin? Then there are all of the polymorph types and ninja animal forms...

Sorry to say, I don't - EN...
If it weren't such a boring task, I'd go out and do the footwork....
But I'm too lazy and, since it would be such a boring task and until for whatever reason I need to know, I'll be happy that the types work.... Know what I mean?

LOL... well you had one in that list i didnt have .. one of the necro forms it turns out.
I also think that your missing 2 ghost forms.. as am i, female/male garg ghosts.
