  Can someone explain how and if I can constantly switch between masteries?

I can get the toggle to come up 1 time then that's it until I redo the quest.

Use the book to switch between mysteries.

Yah I know that. I figured it out. There's a pretty long timer between switching if anyone knows exactly how long.

Those provo buffs are unreal!!

I wanted this to happen but can not figure it out. Could one of you please explain this. So I can wrap my mind around it?

Not sure what you mean here but i'll explain what I learned last night.

When you finish the masteries quests you can toggle which one you want to use (provo,peace or disco) via a context menu on the book but there seems to be a lengthy timer between being able to switch. You can also choose which elemental type damage for disco. You can only use one mastery at a time.

The provo spells are amazing.
1)gives increased hc, di and base damage increase
2)gives 11 in all stats, up to 20hp AND heals for 7-14 every 4 seconds as long as you have mana to keep it up. (god mode)

Those spells work for party members and from what I gather it depends on how many are in the party.

I'm trying to brainstorm a high mana/mr melee temp that I can fit music/provo on to use these buffs. I figure if I use joat spellweaving, some hpr, life leech and the 2 mastery spells I can have a totally unkillable template.

Hehe  I have a low end suit for my bard, with 15 MR and I can have 2 ppl without problem, on the 3 one I start to see the mana go down a bit.   

Thx for the  disco part of it, never notice that  u can change the damage.  I use Provo and Peace most of the time.

Note:  since that we have a 10 min cold down while switches between mastery.
