Once per account.  The shard has to actually have the EM toy box clicky dispenser active.

Have not found one on Sonoma yet, but all the pervs that have nothing better to do than policing blackthorn dungeon can get out and look for it !!

Was in there killing my daily golder ele's and a jerk kept running around and luring liches outside and then taking off.  Finally came in after I dropped them all and said he thought I was scripting.

Im like no only for taming would I do that.  Jerk.
