Spock!

 The ship... out of danger?

Yes.

Don't grieve, Admiral. It is logical. The needs of the many outweigh...

...the needs of the few...

...Or the one. I never took the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?

I have been and always shall be your friend.

  Live long and prosper.

Believe it or not, I thought "Blow" was a really sad movie. Great storyline, great acting, and one of the saddest endings.

Runners up: Atonement (chick flick my GF made me watch, but Keira Knightley is smoking hot!!), Green Mile

blow was quite sad...

Ohh Requiem for a Dream. What a trip, Robin Williams in a serious role

I just remembered probably the saddest movie I ever saw

Reign over Me - Adam Sandler (ticked me off too, i was sick and wanted to watch a funny Adam Sandler movie, saw this, and cried all day long! sheesh!)

Thanks TM...and that is usually exactly what happens to me when I get caught in fell...I die about that fast!

Yep, I remember being in the first showing of Star Trek II in Reno. Since it was most of us diehard ST fans there filling the theater I don't think there were many dry eyes when they killed spock...was a sad day!

Legends of the Fall, Braveheart, and Last of the Mohicans were my 3 favorite movies of all time, and all had very very sad moments, but I can't add them to saddest movies of all time.

Schindlers List - if you're human you were torn up for these people the entire movie.

Schindler's list, aye, I can't watch it without feeling so sad for those poor people. Movies with genocide I just can't handle. I can't even imagine what type of evil those people are that can do such a thing :(
