Hi everyone,

I am new to this site but I have been playing UO on OSI shards on and off for 11 years.  I have played many MMOs but I have returned to UO once again.  I have started over on a new Shard as my old shard's population was very low.  I am on Atlantic now since it has a decent population.  ;)

Anyway it seems like a nice active community here and I look forward to stopping by now and again to say hi.

I have always wondered about player run shards and see Alexadria is a popular one around here.  Hows the population and how does one play a player run shard.

Hi Casper! Thanks for the nice Intro, welcome to SUO. I would advise you that we do sometimes have stratics spys come over here so I recomend editing your post and taking your char names out...

Other then that, sit back and enjoy, there is a lot of great info here, and even better ppl!

To answer your question about Lexia:  I've found it ranges from 20-50 players.  It spikes during events, but I've found the people and staff are pretty good.  One of the GMs used to frequent here (cstalker), but I haven't seen him for a while.

Hi SunTigress, no I don't write scripts, maybe some day when I get bored I will look into it but alot has already been done so I don't know what is "needed" ;)
