In a friend's Castle on Pacific, I saw the following three items: A Vat (exactly like the ones in the Solen Ant Lair), a Torture Rack, and a Banana Tree. I asked where he got these things and he was hesitant to tell me, but he finally relinquished. He said at the "Primeval Lich Champion Spawn". He said there is a Puzzle Room inside a Mansion in there consisting of a bunch of Levers, and items also appear on the ground that you can just pick up.
For solving the Puzzle, you can get one of the following:
Rewards
Bag of gems
Red or black bone container
Gruesome Standard
1.0 Scroll of Transcendence
Random piece of spawn decoration
