no picture of it yet, but it's wearable armor that drops from bosses in SA I think. Here's the stats:

Cast-Off Zombie Skin (Gargish Leather Arms)
Spirit Speak: +5
Necromancy: +5
LMC: 5%
LRC: 8%
Physical Resist: 13%
Fire Resist: -2%
Cold Resist: 17%
Poison Resist: 18%
Energy Resist: 6%
Increased Karma Loss: 5%
