A friend 130 mil to this person on 11/13 for $100. I was a little late delivering the gold by about an hour as I was AFK. They freaked out and thought I was scamming them, however, once I delivered the gold it seemed like all was good. A few hours after the delivery, they filed a paypal dispute to try and get their money back even after they got their item. Now, Czar Knikade will not respond to my contact attempts and I was forced to escalate the dispute to paypal reps with screenshot proof of delivery.
Do not trust this person.

He scammed other player Shylock from HOT guild too, and others atl players.

Make sure you let paypal know it is for VIRTUAL GOODS. This is common with mmo's and paypal that if you let paypal know you sold them virtual goods, almost every time their dispute will be denied.
