Title: Help improve this suit and win!

Well, okay.  There is no prize other than my endless thanks.

Using the following facts & assumptions, help me improve this suit:

Template:
Bushido 106
Chiv 85
Necro 99
Resist 99.6
Swords 115
Tactics 115
SS 100

Facts:
1 - Character plays in Vamp form
2 - Generally wields soul seeker
3 - Carries a shield for the properties, not to actually parry blows
4 - Character used to kill spawn tiers or individual powerful monsters (miasma, medusa, high end paragons)
5 - PvM primary
6 - Elf, mostly so I can craft & wear uber wooden arms
7 - 120 Imbuing and all ingredients are available

Assumptions:
1 - Gold is unlimited
2 - Faction gear limited to level 1
3 - Plenty of runic saws, few or no runic hammers

Observations:
1 - Quiver is unnecessary and should be replaced with a cloak that has +resist, probably Melissa's Cloak
2 - Essence of Battle can be imbued
3 - I've been trying to buy some earrings of resist, but can't find any for sale.
4 - Yes, I need a Crimmy
