Title: Few Questions about Disco

Never used any barding skills in ultima before. However, with the latest changes to mysticism I've been thinking of a new template for doing champ spawns. I can dual account, so this temp would basically be for champ only.
 
Skills as follow:

Taming
Lore
Mysticism
Focus
Necro (For wraith form)
Music
Disco

And I'll have to decide how to arrange the skills. Being an elf its possible for me to get my SDI up to 100. I know on my mage toon I can basically 2 hit kill most 4th level mobs with hail storm. My question is: Will a mage slayer book work for mysticism spells if I have no magery on the character?

My ideal setup is to use my dragon as a tank on the 4th level, and then just  hailstorm everything. Then I can discord the boss, and use double accounts to kill it fairly fast.

Any suggestions?

If i am not mistaken mage slayer spell books are just that for mages.

Hmmm, that would def make me rethink my course of action. There has to be someway around this. Mysticism spellbooks dont have slayer spellbooks right?

I dont think your template can work in champ spawn.
If you just for discord the boss, no taming request then. Otherwise you should have magery or vet to keep the life of your dragon.

this is my recomment and im doing it very well with most of champ spawn and peerless
120 discord
120 taming
100 meditation
100 magery
110 taming
110 lore
60 vet (use skill jewl to rez ur pet in case)

P.S. no need slayer book for the tamer, just keep g.heal on ur dragon and use archer shoot it behind
high lmc, mr requested!!

I think you meant 120 Music not taming...

I have been at 114.5 Disco for days. I can't seem to gain at all. :(

It gets REALLY slow from around 112 up. I'm at 114.1 myself on one shard. I figure I'll be 115 in 12 hours  :P

Yeah I heard once you got to a certain level that the gains were slower. On UOGuide, it mentions that if you use an opposite slayer than what you are trying to disco gains can be faster. I'm sure you guys already know that though. :D
