Title: The Prisoner in the Primeval Lich Spawn Area (Items)

I am seeking any information that anyone cares to share on how to obtain items from 'The Prisoner' in the Primeval Lich Champ Spawn Area.  You can get items from him such as Wilted Soul Fragments, the Executioner's axe and Platorm, a Pillory (a Hangman's stand), and other items...These items have been selling for upwards of 30 Million Gold Pieces...

My Question is:  How do you get them?  What needs to be done?  Why do people say it is really hard to get an item?  Scanning the selling search Engines I see there are quite a few items for sale...

Any help given to us all would be greatly appreciated...

I don't know what items you're talking about. But is it by chance something you get from doing the levers?

It is not the levers, nor is it the champ itself.  The Prisoner stands next to a large Executioner's Axe and Platform.  Something must be done to him or for him or do something on the platform itself to get a drop in your pack.

Looks like I may need to find out the info and post it here myself...

every time u level you get a chance at some of these items being duped/double spawned by design.  I do not think that the stand and axe are any different than the rest of the spawn.  it is just that it is a tthe end of the spawn and cannot be farmed as easily as the spawn takes a long time to get to that level.
