Title: Board for player to player in game sales

I am wondering what the best board is to sell a keep for in game gold.  I have an Atlantic Tram keep that I want to unload, preferably for/toward a Luna house.  I looked at www.Tradespot.net and it seems pretty dead.  Is there a better board somewhere?

Tradespot used to be the place to go.  I remember advertising all my houses there when I was into the UO home sales thing.

Stratics does allow the posting of items for sale, for in game gold but not sure about the details of how or what you have to do.
