Title: Ok, We have Drink

But where is the food thread, hmmmm?


All this chatting about Thanksgiving... made me hungry.

For thanksgiving, NOT at thanksgiving time, I make a mean chicken salad
that keeps the hubby happy:

Grill chicken breasts (salt, pepper, a little thyme, whatever you like to grill chicken with).

Cube the chicken.   Add:

2-3 Celery Stalks
1/2 Bag of Craisins
Add Mayo to desire wetness

Mix, chill, and serve.   Simple, and just munchin

I actually season everything I grill or bake with an all around greek seasoning. It's very good but I don't remember the name of it. When I get home I'll look in the cabinet and then post up the info!

Chicken breasts....I eat these alot. Probably because they are so easy to make. haha

Oh, I also make alot of shrimp alfredo. It's good and relatively easy to make. And once again I use the garlic seasoning! lol

I think a food section would be a great addition! I, for one, consider myself a fantastic chef however I don't drink so that entire forum is lost on me :(

That's ok, I'll take up the mantle.  I drink like a fish these days, and also can cook pretty proficiently.  ;)

So I like the idea; Casa de Trailmyx hasn't had a new section that isn't Firefly related in some time.  hehe
