Title: High Seas Adventure...Cool things...!

The Fishing Quests are actually a lot of fun.  First one I did, I got some special bait from it so I can catch one of the Rare Fish.  

What I can't find out is where do I get a 120 Fishing Power Scroll?  Anyone else know?

Probly from the new water based champion you call up with ancient fishing nets? :)
