yea cops  dont like foreigners driving too much  maybe becuase they know what ever tickets they issue are bascially unenforcable and just end up in the trash can..  its the same world over that way.

ROFL!!!!!!!! you gotta be kidding me!  omg!  Thats definately a cop doing his job; "to protect and serve", eh?    Pretty amazing clip there.....I wonder if he got demoted to prison guard after that he sure seemed into it, i think he'd be perfect

That is simply un-believeable...Finds out the guy is from a foreign country and goes off on him.  Perhaps, we should all practice our foreign accents so we can get out of tickets.  I could put up with the verbal abuse if I knew he wasn't going to cite me!   :D
