Its a zip download - make sure you have the latest

And be sure to patch the UO Client! I'm in a habit of not patching the client and got the not supported as well. I've trained myself not to patch...not that it's doing me much good lately.

Yep that was it, I hadn't gotten the latest patch apparantely cause of razor.. DUH !! Thanks guys
