Title: Luna Vendor House Price?

I recently started up on a less populated shard to farm powerscrolls but I need a vendor to set up vendor shop to generate some cash flow so I can purchase xfer tokens to get back to my home shard. So far I haven't seen anyone soliciting vendor rentals but there is a small Vendor House inside Luna that is available for sale.

Does anyone have any inclination as the price/cost of what a Luna house on a less populated shard would go for? What is the fair market value?

I wanted to make an offer without insulting the seller. I really have no idea at to what is reasonable. Anyone?

Time to go to plan B and make some friends and get a vendor spot.

On Drachenfells i believe the highest paid for luna house so far was 400 mill and imo its the best location there is. Mystic Llama used to own it and now Spiros does.

i got my last luna house at 300mil.  south side inside walls of course.  duno about now though.

Pearls I'm on Drachenfels temporarily. Do you have any connections there for vendor spots?

I don't really need the house in Luna I just need a vendor spot. I don't want to fork out RL cash for an xfer token and the majority of websites/brokers do not xfer cash to Drachenfels.

Only one Luna house on Drachenfels is soliciting vendor rentals and I spoke to owner and they informed they no longer have access to the house.

I'm just looking to get a vendor to earn enough cash to buy an xfer token.

Yes I do mean real world cash, they aren't cheap.  Atlantic is probably even more expensive.

If you have enough 120's you could always rent a spot for like a month or something sell out retransfer out and farm more scrolls

do you plan on transfering out a dummy character and keeping your farmer on that shard?

What I do is farm scrolls on a low population shard and transfer off a char full of scrolls back to my home shard to sellt hem all off.

I tried looking for a dead shard.  It seems most shards are somewhat populated or wayyyyy too laggy
