Title: New player introduction

I just got back to playing UO after a 4 year break. Used to be active in this board but I sort of forgot my username =/. Its good to be back. I hope I can enjoy the game while it still lasts, even after they introduced this crappy 'imbuing' skill. look forward to scripting. cheers~!

well ive been playing uo on and off since 2005..havent played over 1 year total though
i play in atlantic and have a range of characters from crafters to nox fencers to ninja archers to tank mages to pure mages to necro mages and a lot more
i have been living in europe for the past year, and now that I reinstalled uo im thinking whether its a better choice to stay in atlantic or if europa would be a better option ping-wise (even though atl is a better choice in terms of players)
my main interest in game is usually pvping but as there is not much lately ive been thinking of taking on the imbuing skill on my crafter, it seems like everyone has uber stuff now
the main reason for coming back to the site was to take advantage of the crafting scripts and to catch up with whats new in the uo world with the small community of us left playing
the last things i remember finding fun out of before i quit uo were crafting and character building..i trained all skills multiple times and crafted tons of stuff too..now i find this new imbuing skill interesting and im setting things up to put on my crafter...however i read its a rather expensive skill to train, and ill have to update to stygian abyss =/..but who cares..its just 20$
i wish there was a way for all to ping the same and have everyone left in uo in the same shard,..i dont understand why osi hasnt done something of this sort....i would go to freeshards but for some reason i dont want to start from 0 again..i find skill training fun but having absolutely nothing is another thing
