Title: Campus alerts have great descriptions

I've recently taken to reading campus alerts.  Some of them have been downright funny.

Quote

Alert: Police are searching the South Campus for a black male who escaped custody after being arrested for loitering.  Has a handcuff on his left wrist, wearing jeans with a rope belt and T-shirt.  Last seen in the vicinity of ****** parking lot

How does a guy wearing a handcuff and a belt made out of rope elude the police?

hah, reminds me of the same type of emails i used to receive from my university. they're probably going to charge you all for the handcuffs now.  ::)

I got another one where the gist of it was that 2 short fat black girls shoved a guy around and stole his wallet and iphone. LOL
