Hello All,
It's unlikely, but someone MIGHT know me based strictly on the subject of this introduction. I went by Z- on Pacific, waaaay back.. Circa 1998-2008 (On and off, as expected). And if you couldn't guess it, my char(and player.. haha) LOVED his cookies.. and his tambourine, as he was a bard after all. He pranced around in his red shoes, and red jester hat laughing at dungeon denizens. Dragons? Elementals? Balrons? Paragons? Been there, provo'd them.. except the ancient wyrm in destard, we were never friends.
And then came Capt Wtf (i got the name before it was blocked! hah!) The armorless, topless, vanq halberd wielding PK with pink pants. Is there a more insulting way to die? I think not. Of course my brother hurling EBs and Explos' spells helped his efforts, but I still claim the pink pants played a vital role in his success. That and GM hiding.
I could probably fill the text limit of this box with a list of random characters, shards, servers and such i've frequented over the last.. gasp.. 13 years? I don't know if that's impressive or depressing :P (and boring!) In between I think i've played just about every MMO to come out over the years.. and recently canceled my venerable WOW account.
Anyhow, I'm writing this as ive picked up the habit once again (big surprise there..) and am hoping to be a part of a fun community. I've been brushing up on my amateur code writing skills, and figured UO would be a good and entertaining outlet for me to add another talent to the resume. Right now I am quite good at editing other people's work to do my bidding, but want to get to the next level. Besides, everyone knows UO script coding is a coveted lost art, how could a future employer reject me!
I hope to hear from someone who might know me, make some new friends, and get my script on! You can find me on Pandora these days (As Z-), as EA and I don't exactly get along.
