Title: Where to go to get bids to port an old game to iPad?

Okay -

Years ago, I was addicted to the Creatures series of games.  I'd love to see Creatures 2 or Creatures 3 ported to iPad.  Any idea where I go to solicit bids for that sort of thing?

(Whee!  Looks like there is a plan for Creatures 4!  Maybe I won't need this after all!)

Creatures was cool.  Ever read 'Microcosmic God'? S.F. at its zenith.
