If you have recently followed some ill advice on how to achieve an illegal house foundation in Ultima Online, now is your time to undo it. From tomorrow on, agents of the housing office will search for such foundations and sanction the owners.

I had heard of an exploit that allowed house placement in many illegal loctions. I dont know how it worked - but it is recent.

I thought this was Common Knowledge.... this can only be done with a Custom house unless you do it on a Roof top...

At one point Stratics had the method of making those stairs on the forum. So I think they're legal to do. I vaguely remember the soulforge trick being there too but it's been a long time.
