Scripting Chat / Help please with script

I play on free shard, trying to make a script that will open a trapped pouch once paralyzed. having trouble figuring out how to set up the script.how do i make the script notice that I am paralyzed. if anybody could help with the commands, or even a script that would work it would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hybrid is a great shard. It takes place in pre-trammel t2a atmosphere. alot of PKs. in order to survive ganks of 3-5 reds. you must master the escape macro. the shard has alot of events and tourneys. also server wars every weekend. during server wars nothing saves so you can go out and do the things you never had the nerve to accomplish before. It lasts for an hour or so, during the chaos gms hand out random items (cant keep them of course) but it makes for a fun experience.

Hello my name is Brian aka Napalm, Shortcuts. I have Played UO since 1998 or so. started on napa valley played off and on untill publish 16, i then quit for a few years only to discover Hybrid. Have been playing Hybrid for 3 years now. Hybrid brings all the best out of UO. I enjoy Taming and IDOCing. PVP is not my strong suit but i never back down from a fight. also like to help out genuine new people to the game. Excited to join the comunity.
