I've noticed this previously, but just had it happen again this morning:

While ripping a CD with Exact Audio Copy, I notice I cannot run EUO in the background if I start EAC *before* trying to run EUO.  If I run EUO first, and get the script going, I don't have a problem.

See?  I told you it was useless trivia.
