My name is Chadarius. I've been playing UO since the very beginning. I played hard core until the game was devastated by the Carebear update that introduced Trammel. Ugh! I can hardly even type that word. Since then I've played on freeshards. I'm on ABCUO now, but I've tried a bunch of other ones.
I've always been highly involved in the role playing community, but that means giving up time on actually making gold in game. I took to creating EasyUO scripts to fish, log, mine and make weapons and armor on one account, while I had fun and played my main characters on another.
That gave me time in game to be the mayor of a player run town and help organize a large alliance of guilds on Chesapeake. The community of friends was amazing and was a great run for about 5 years. I enjoy almost every kind of play you can think of in the game. RP, PVP, PvM, house decorating, you name it I have fun doing it!
I love tinkering with my own scripts and love seeing how other people create their own scripts to automate the boring parts of the game. My favorite in game things to do is mostly taming these days. The best scripts are things that help restock, organize, and unload my backpack to containers in my house. Dude! I hate sorting all that crap!
I'm hoping to start a guild soon and get back into some role playing aspects of the game. My time, with a wife and four kids, is even more at a premium. Luckily we have free shards so I can actually afford to play UO! As the kids get a little older I'll get a little more time to play and hopefully get them and my wife playing too. Heck I'll just make a guild with them!

With time at such a premium I really need to make my playing time count! EasyUO and OpenEUO to the rescue!

I've scripted a few things in the past that were fairly cool. I had a great boat mining script. I also created a nice rail based lumber jacking script that also said things to any players nearby to provide some role play atmosphere in the player run town I was involved in. I created a cool fishing script that killed serpents with archery and healed with bandages. If I ever create something unique again I will definitely share.
See you around!
Regards,
Chadarius
