Hello all! I can't seem to cut the umbilical cord with UO. I've been away for several years (I lost track at this point). Moving forward I have decided to rejoin the game that changed my social life forever. I think ultima online is just a part of my life I can't ever fully let go of. I remember owning a small house outside of Trinsic where I would slaughter cows for their meat and cook it, and where Orc clan members would find me in fel and ask for "Shiniez". It all began for me back when I was about 13 years old (now 34) when I thought that gaming on a computer was just the coolest thing. I was immediately captivated when I saw my mom who used to play running through the forest with these giant two headed creatures called "Ettins" chasing her. Then she came across a sandstone house that she owned and I was immediately drawn in. The thought of being able to own my very own house at the age of 13 and decorate it any way I wanted was incredible. I had to play this game! So not long after she began playing she got me hooked at a very young age and for me it's always been off and on throughout the years. I enjoy pvm and hunting and I'm wanting to build a character up from scratch. However, I am reminded of how tedious skill gaining can be. I was hoping to join the community on here to meet some like-minded individuals who still enjoy ultima online as well. I was also wanting to see if there were any scripts that I might be able to utilize in my travels, or at the very least learn a bit about how to script myself.
