What is the % of skill that a greater dragons skills decrease when tamed?

I know my friend new the percent of skill decrease that was about to take on.  then you knew what the skill would be after taming and training it to cap.  It is not the same as when u tame it.

so who knows what it is?  10% decrease of pretame?

I can tell you that after you tame a dragon, you multiply its skills by 1.25 to find out the max possible skill. I'm too tired to figure out how that helps you know how much it'll drop.
