can you do nerve strikes and deathstrikes with mage wep

so if you are 120 ninjitsu.. can you do death strikes if you dont have 120 weapon skill and are using a mage weapon?  i ask because it is not a weapon special but rather a ninjitsu spell

Yea you can, but they changed the Deathstrike Damage along time ago so that you really need Hiding / Stealth Maxxed for a Deathstrike Mage to be Valid.

120 mage, 120 eval, 120 resist, gm hiding, 90stealth (use the +10 robe and or the guard cloak), 120 ninja and that only leaves 50 for med.

Definately not a temp i'd use to 1v1 a mystic.
