I believe the Account Age Requirement to CLAIM Vet Rewards is still in place which effectively means that shard shields remain 14 year vet rewards only since they are account bound and you cannot claim them on lesser aged accounts.

(or... so it seems as far as the reading I've done.)

That would be sweet, I hate only being 13 years old :( I have about 20 vet rewards unclaimed between my two accounts and would love to be able to claim shard shields for my own use.

They are NICE !!!   That's for sure.   Seriously consider multiple ones for  the Home Shard --> Atlantic Trip.   I currently have 2 ATL & 2 Home Shard Shields Setup and 1 Round Trip every 2 Weeks is MORE than enough for me.

well acct loyalty is still good for acct xfers shields and actually being able to claim stuff.
