I know back in the day when doing the Fish Monger Quest there was a place out in the ocean where if u parked your boat u could recall to the fish monger named on your box to complete quest. And within a small radius, you could move your boat to reach all the fish mongers, with out having to sail all over the place. But like a dummy I forgot to write down the co-ords. So I am hoping that someone in here can tell me where to find this sweet spot out in the ocean
