Fair enough. I started UO in 1999 after I moved from Germany to Florida. Played the game when Felucca was the only facet, and you were dead more than you were alive. Quit playing when I moved to Japan because the place I was at in Japan still had dial up. Tried playing on Hokuto for a bit but was just too slow. Moved back to Germany and started playing again on Europa but mostly sporadically. I moved to California after that and didn't play at all until recently (over 10 years). I got bored one day and decided to see if the game still existed. It did and I decided to give it a try. The administrators were able to find my old account even with the extremely low bit of information I could remember and presto wahla here I am trying to figure out what I'm doing.
I still find the game interesting but trying to get caught up will take some time. I managed to get into a guild of what seem like pretty good people but it's on Europa and I'm in California, so our times don't exactly line up but I'm still enjoying it.
I remember using EasyUO at some point, but I see that's mostly been abandoned. I have tried manipulating some old scripts but I'm definitely not a coder. I'm a mechanic that likes the idea of scripts but doesn't have the background to be very successful at it but regardless of how old I am I will try just about anything.
