Actually, after thinking about this for a bit, I have decided that since Stratics has posted at least a half dozen ways to make frags, I might as well come clean, and give this a honest reply. I am sure it will also turn into somewhat of a rant on my part, and it isnt directed only at you..its directed to a LOT of people on this site.
The answer to your original question is, yes. There is a script out there to make relic frags. I am sure your next questions will be where is it? Can I get it? The answer is, its a private script, and nope, you cant get it. It might sometime in the future be made public, possibly after the author and all the people that worked so hard to do the research and testing have made all the gold they want from it, but at this time it is private. The only people that can see/use it are those in the special projet that made it, and all the Elites. Why? you might ask..well, this is where I will get into a bit of a rant.
You see, you ( and it isnt just you, there are a couple hundred like you on this site) have been a member for a couple months. In that time you have made 5 posts..3 for your intro and replies to your intro, and 2 here asking for a script. I am not sure what word comes to mind about that...but it might rhyme with bleacher?!?!
There are, however, a couple ways you, (and the couple hundred like you) could way better your chances for getting the scripts you need. Its called
SITE PARTICIPATION The easiest and best way to get all the scripts the site has to offer is become Elite.

participate in the site. Get your name out there on some posts, join in on discussions, when a special group for something is forming ASK to join in...and if/when accepted
CONTRIBUTE!. Not everybody hasta be a wizbang scripter, there are a LOT of other ways to contribute. Test scripts, help develop scripts, test the data that goes into the scripts, even just group discussion goes a long way into figuring out new ideas.
What does all this mean...it means if you want the best of the best SUO has to offer you are going to have to put in some time, become a true member of the community, not just somebody that shows up to get the "new" stuff that just showed up since their last visit a month ago.
If you love playing UO, then you have already found the best site out there for info/help playing. This site is FULL of all types of UO players, with tons of knowledge about the game..ready, willing, and able to share that info with anybody that asks. Its also full of scripts to make your UO gameplay more enjoyable, and easier....But...if you really want some of the best out there, info, and scripts, then become a site participator. Make some friends, join in on discussions, ask to help test and work on scripts...because if you only plan on showing up once a month and asking for something, I dont think you are going to get much/any help.
As I said Kronos, this post wasnt meant only for you, it was also ment for the couple hundred people out there just like you...your post was only the catalyst to get me going.
