Very interesting but Fruitarian could easily be considered a cultist in my opinion. Because of my trigycirides being super high I have recently gone to a more diverse diet. Mostly consisting of vegetables and vegetables that are cooked healthy no flavored down with magarines, butters, salts and other additives. I can already tell a difference in my attitude, health and strength, but I have not given up my chocolate yet

. I only eat dark Cocoa which in reality is not that bad for you. It is the actual sweeteners and additives that make chocolate bad for you. I am also eating alot more fruits which are healthy for you ie grapes,avocadoes, pears ... You can eat healthy and everything is good. You do not need to go to the point of excess to get healthy. Cut down on butter, milk, salt, fried foods, red meats, and so forth and you can live long and still go back to one of your favorite foods every once in a while for a binge
