Your Boat Needs to Dry Dock?
   

Greetings,
Players were having issues with not being able to complete the Fishmonger Quests or not being able to recall to their boat. To stop this from happening to you, please dry dock your boat and you will once again be able to complete the quest.

Except that you CAN'T DRYDOCK YOUR BOAT if you have an active quest.

Seriously, do they even play the game they develop?

Yep, they expect you to eat a lot of progress made by tossing the quests overboard.  This has already set me back once and lead to my reduced motivation to go through the process of manually sailing around doing these things.
