ok this is one of my favorite bugs that has not been fixed as of yet i use this a lot when doing idoc on houses that are not open to the public to see if their is any good loot inside it will only work on towers if the house is set to privet. will also work on open to the public houses basically will let you teleport into a house
how it works ok you need to be under part of the house (why i like towers best of all they have that little wing on either side)
step1. you cast energy field under the the wing or in the house on the spot were you are standing
step2. don't move
step3. open a gate to a different facet
step4. go through gate
step5. go back through gate
and wala you are in a privet house for a brief second and can see what they have
if house is public you have free access to their house 

if a house is open to the public but has doors that are set to owner only or co-owner ect.. as long as you are in the house and the is a floor above you eg. on a patio like some people like to build you will be able to assess the whole house (if you are on the steps outside it will not work) it is amazing how many people leave their house open to the public but set house teleporter tiles to owner only and leave the chest with access to anyone thinking that nobody can get to them i have stolen so much stuff this way

Another good dirty trick I use to get past certain things is paperdoll poping.  For a lot of moveable items if you paperdoll pop while walking/running the tile before, itll bounce you right over it.  I used this trick to break through a barrier some people placed to the upstairs of a public auction house.  I've also used this trick multiple times during EM events to get past thier "blockades", to run far ahead to look for things to take!  Be careful though, I was jailed for it previously but only received a warning.  Careful though, it can get you stuck in some nasty locations...  My friend hit it by accident while running and fell through some steps in despise during a big fight and couldn't get out in time and got statted lol.

Not sure I know what paper doll poping is - could you provide more detail?

I've always called it "jolting". Open your paperdoll while running and you'll see the effect. It's also a great way to get all spawn in the area to target you.

At least I'm pretty sure that's what he's talking about.

we have contests from time to time to see who can run in and paperdoll pop in the middle of an insane spawn to see who lives!

The efield trick no longer works. Which really sucks because it was one of my favorite bugs ever. (Been doing it since 99)
Also overweight boxes no longer work to move a character up or down (same theory as efield).

Disregard, i misunderstood the concept of this version of efield tricks. This bug still works.
