Has anyone found one that is decent?  I have a zillion boards I want to get rid of...

I believe it works on both i remember using it on both you just tell it which runes in the book are which and then which place you want to donate too.

Yes brit library or vesper tram and or fel with rail support that is optional if u are on a shard that blocks the area off.

ya... Tm's Be.... er... nm..... use c2's Donator script I've used it to turn in tons of items.. works nicely :)
