He's referring to the fact that when you first posted that, it was your FIRST post here at Script UO and you were in restricted status. You hadn't complied with the forum rules and posted your intro.
Your SECOND post was an introduction, which granted you Newbie status and access to the downloads.
Hopefully your next posts will be made with a bit more respect, especially to the ELITE members here at Script UO.

. Then picked it up a few years later playing on the Lake Austin shard for another year or so. Now I've given free shards a shot, and got hooked again. One shard I'm on allows the use of easyuo scripts which is what lead me to this site. I did a little bit of modest scripting with RunUO, just making my own shard for the fun of it back in the day. I'm looking forward to becoming a member of this community and helping in any way I can.
