yep, it just recalls around doing nothing.  I've been running it for days not noticing that because my other miners are working (running a different script).

Nobama, what do you use your computer for?  my laptop NEW, was a very low end and very cheap refurb. My desktops are a core 2 duo mac mini and an i5 mac mini. The older core 2 duo does pretty well. It runs scripting clients, a browser and icq.  The newer i5 is a delightful media monster. Plays the few games I play well (starcraft 2, UO, shadowbane). The HDMI port is nice and the computer was shockingly low priced.  The energy usage is like equal to an energy efficient lamp.  Overall, I consider it to have been one of the best purchases I could have made.  An equivalent PC tower would draw tons more electricity, cost relatively the same(pc would probably have 1TB hd) and taken a ton of random space up in my tiny apartment.

These days, I'm convinced the mac mini is the most underrated desktop computer on the market.  Mac users prefer IMacs. PC users prefer their self built towers.  But the mini has pretty much everything you want/need and then a lot of stuff that you'll appreciate a lot more when you've owned it.

And just to reiterate. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE OVEN. Metal has higher metal points than plastics and rubbers.

Average episode costs of the walking dead are probably rather low. Overall the second half of the season kicked the first half of the season's ass.

Great show.

It's a bug with scam potential, not a scam.

Please re-read the bug.

I paid 899 for my 51 inch plasma 3d tv that is in my avatar. I have killzone 3 and AC: Revelations both of which are 3D compatible. Its insane you find yourself trying touch stuff in the room that is not there.
still a bit high... I'd prefer not to have to earn 2 billion gold to get a new tv. at that point, its not worth it.  Also, I don't play video games besides UO.

I'm just not convinced 3d is worth it. that kind of money is better spent elsewhere.  I'm thinking "few hundred dollars" rather than "few grand"

yeah... the 3d tv seems moot since there are like 4 3d movies and 1st generation 3d tvs will be useless for another 5 years.

As for other stuff, I'm thinking tvs.
