1 question. How you get 2/6 on a gargoyle and 15 sdi?? I tried some combos but quit soon after...
alter a pair of nighteye glasses gargoyle they have fast cast recovery 3 on them and 10 dci with all 10 resist
im also useing ornine wich is 2/3 and ring with faster casting 1 dci 15 ep 25 and 15 magery on it. so with all the jewls and glasses im 3/6 casting
after suit is finished i have
100 lrc 3/6 casting 65 dci 40 lmc casting focus 3 sdi 5 and mana regen 15 40ep plus 20 magery

Look, all I was saying is, rather than dance with an inferior jewelry setup, just roll with the 15 dci rather than worrying about the hit spell on a mage wep.

If you're "dueling", then lanterns "should" be in both duelers empty hand, which negates any melee skill from ever mattering.

If you're simply in a 1v1 with another mage, then yes I understand a 2 second wep will swing ever 2 seconds if your stam is between 0-29. If you're in that 1v1 with another mage, and you feel you "really" need that edge, then you can simply "disarm" and equip your "alternate" weapon, which should be a hit fireball 50 wep.

These are just my opinions, but what do I know. I only pvp 99.999999% of the time.
Ment no dis respect sir. I was mainley wanting this for field fighting for little added edge.  I have also found out for those pesky runners its very nice and the ring im wearing is fc1, dci 15, magery 15, ep 25. wearing ornie as well. I also am useing the nightsight glasses. Template is 120 Mystic 120 focus 120 resist 120 eval 120 magery 100 inscription

I am looking forward to playing my Treasure Hunter again.  From what I understand, all the maps will be randomized and the T-Map Runebooks and the Startics T-Map Page will become obsolete?  Also, it looks like doing T-Maps in Felucca will yield SOT's which are always very useful for players that do not have the time or patience to train up Skills... The Murder Count Pardons should sell at a Premium Price for the first couple of months they are available...

The hit spell is really that important on your slow swinging mage in most cases anyway.

Just put the fc1 on your boomerang.

Yes sir it is.  If your pvping the extra fireball or lighting on the weapon can often finish somone off after u worked them down

If you build your suit right, you can put 25 dci, 50 fireball, spell channel -1, mage weapon 20 on it. have to compensate for the -1, but having 50 hit fireball on a ranged weapon for your mage is just SICK.
yea i was trying to get it with out the negitive one like the plain sword but looks like this is my only option

I don't even know you.  I'm just stating my opinion.  Non meddable armor blocks your ability to med if your passive ability to med if you're human.  If you're elf, you don't NEED it, but you can't actively med if you don't have it.  Humans get near 3 regen just from being human.  There's no reason to waste that by using non meddable armor.  There's a ton of other factors tho.  The main one being, what if you wanted to use that suit on another character? :)  Don't waste your time with non meddable.

very much agree with u sir i don t waist my time with non meadable armor but some tramies do cause in pvm doesn t make much diffence but to us old school pvpers we like every advantage we can get

Hmm, let me re-phrase my question.  Im going to go gargoyle, use a gd, and mysticism.  Anyone know, or recommend what skill levels.  Like I plan on 115 taming and 110 lore to control the dragon.  Being on on foot or at least flying would u need/recommend resists??  I would think so.

120 magery
120 eval
120 myst
120 focus
120 resist

way to many points  obviously, could go with like 107 magery, 10 or 115 eval or so.  could squeeze some points out on the jewelry.  just realized theres no med in there either.  hmmm.
You don t nee meditation or resisting spells if u use a trap box and have a hi mana regen suit with max lmc

This doesn't depend on anything.  Medable armor is a requirement.  Anything less is a waste of your time and effort.

Gargoyle your best choice in pvp u can have greater drag and still be mounted and making suit is realy easy for gargoyles downside to it making luck suit is ruff cause not abel to use the good pieces for it

If it's necessary, is it worth burning one imbue spot to add it?
This realy depends on what u plan on doing with the template.  In pvp not haveing meadable armor can mean the differnce of life and death.  In pvm it doesn t mater u can get away with it.  When your chaining armor ignores and lighting strikes in pvp mana goes quickley so u want to regen it back as fast as possible
