I was thinking of working on a rail program, since the map locations are random now, that once you get in the general area, you load the script up and it runs in a grid pattern and digs til' the chest is found. 

I'll report back if I am able to get it to work as intended... I'm a novice, and this might be the way to break into writing simple scripts.  :D

Well... got it recalling and the rail running...

Now it is walking to the mark, unmounting, pause, remounting and pathfinding out.

LOL...

Yep, got it.

It was stopping a bit short and all the quest people happened to be off screen... so it was leaving.

When I returned to UO (also had a crappy connection while running 2 clients), I had a stealth protector I would hide in the bonepit at Despise and I made a Necro/mage with hiding and stealth... I would farm the heck out of that spawn and it added to the fun b/c they would push thru me in wraith form IF I wanted to leave and they were pressuring me...

Farming pink scrolls that way basically got me hooked on UO again..

Sure do, I play Catskills. But have developed players on many shards. I have four accounts, all upgraded with 7 characters and SA, so I have plenty of options....

And I certainly have already used that *search button*.... I can appreciate it too. I'm the GM of my rather large guild and get pummelled with questions all the time, that simply could be looked up on uoguide.com or stratics.....

Anyways, thanks for having me, and I look forward to checking out the site....

Hello,

I've been told by quite a few ppl to visit here, and was pleasantly surprised by the layout and the friendliness of the posts I've read.

I also have *heard* of a few of the scripts here and the writers of them, so I wanted to check them out for myself.

Personally, I've only modified existing scripts to make them more to my liking, but never written one from scratch. I know my own limitations, I'll leave that to the experts!

Anyway, thanks for allowing me to join and I look forward to seeing all the site has to offer....
