Scripting Chat / Re: what script would you like to see?
« on: February 19, 2012, 03:50:23 PM »
A script I would like to see is one that fishes but targets the selected bait. It's so hard to fish for a certain fish having to click the bait each time. Please! Please! Please! Thanks....

I did fine in school and am doing fine in college but the Math is really irritating. I took Math already my first semester of college. You are required to take Math to get a AA in General Studies. I was fine with that. Now, I'm taking a Bachelor's in General Business and it requires another Math Class. It used to be all your general requirements were covered in your AA but now they've added like 5 classes you have to take in addition to your AA to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in General Business. I'm a bright individual and very capable of passing this Math class. It's just I'm spending a whole semester learning all these concepts and not understanding how I'm ever going to use them. I plan on being a Bookkeeper and while that requires Math skills it's not the kind of stuff I'm learning. I think I should be in more of an accounting/math class. It just frustrates me, I feel like I'm paying for education in the wrong areas. I took Geometry in high school and have used the concepts a ton from it but as for the other stuff it's just kind of lost on me. I can see in engineering where some of these concepts might be used more. I'malready half way through with this semester and I plan on sticking it out until the end. So far, my education seems worthless until I get my Bachelor's. Finishing, this semester will just have me one step closer...

I just got ahold of the famous C2 script for lobster/crab fishing and it's definitely a hit in my book. It has been doing great. I don't have alot of time to play because I have work, school, and then homework when I'm home. It's nice to be able to fish while I'm doing my homework then take a break and do my quests. I'll eventually get more into UO but first I have to conquer 120 fishing. Thank you for helping!

I really like it. I'm using the legacy ship with just home only. I keep most of my resources at my house and only gold in the bank. So the home only version rocks for me. The set up was so fast and easy anyone can do it. I've already got so many crabs and lobsters. It definitely does it way faster then I could. You are definitely making this girl's life a lot easier. I just did Math homework while watching it and I can't believe how good it does! You definitely deserve a 10! I wish my Math was going that smoothly...SMILES ALL DAY! Nothing could have made more happy!

I've purchased lots of new toys since the divorce. It's amazing how much I have now that I'm not paying for my husband's things. No more morning coffee at 3-4 daily he always ate fastfood for lunch so around 5-10 for lunch and then cigarettes don't me started a weekly hair cut at 10.00 and the list goes on and on. While it seems like minor conviences on a daily basis it adds up not mention he had to drive a brand new car and the payments on it were outrageous along with full coverage to go with it. I bought a used car and keep liability on it and couldn't be more happy. It's only new the day you get it and the price to me just isn't worth it. I work hard for my money and I'll be damned if I'm going to support a guy who justs wants to play UO and never do anything with his wife who does so much for him! I hope a cougar snatches him up and takes care of him because I'm sure the hell not! When I figure out how to use this new camera I bought as a new toy I'll post pics of some of the new toys I bought. LOL, I only used it once and that was so I could takes of my ex crying and pleading with the repo not to take his car after the divorce because he couldn't make the payments. Those pics. bring me so much joy!

Now, if only my husband would have included me in UO things might have been different. He gave that your a girl what the hell do you know about UO speech some many freaking times he was giving it to me when we signed our divorce papers. I think it's funny I'm actually finding comfort in playing UO. Star gazing sounds really cool I wish I had a guy to camping with and stargaze with. Can you actually star gaze on UO? Sounds interesting...

I'm taking College Algebra and I could have done without it because there is no way in hell, I'm going to use what they are teaching me! I hate how the colleges can require us to take all these classes yet we will never use them. I'm paying for an education I will never use in hopes that piece of paper I get in the end will be worth something. I've had so much schooling now that I'd be foolish not to hang in there and get my Bachelor's because my Associate's degree is a joke! School reminds me a lot of the fishing quests I've been doing. I've got so many books, lava poles, and traps that eventually I'm going to have to get a 120. Right now, I'd be happy with a 115. Anyway, they eventually run out of *bleep* to through my way I hope. The school can only require so many classes to pass until they have to graduate me. I just wish I was guranteed a 120 at some point on the game.

I pay $50.00 a month for centurylink and I'm capped at a 10MBps. Most of the time it's no where near a 10MBps. though. Been having major issues with it. I watch a lot of my tv online and have a magicjack as a phone. I paid 39.99 for it and the first year service then I renewed after my first year was up for 59.99 and that covers me for the next 6 years. So, my phone bill is only $10.00 a year. I just wish I could find faster, reliable internet for less. It seems like the past few months I've been extremely slow. Called tech support and they came out checked my lines and said it's from some problem they're having on the East Coast. I hope they get it fixed soon. I don't like it when my tv shows skip and have issues. Check out CBS.com, ABC.com, and NBC.com if you ever miss an episode they post most of them the next day after they have aired. Can't help you on the cartoon issue except maybe reccomend dvds and vhss for the kid's cartoon fixes. Good Luck!

My ex-husband was totally against scripting but when I started out I had nothing to loose. The other fishers I met said once I started scripting I wouldn't do it by hand anymore. They're right. It's such a repetative activty and the script can do it faster than I do so why do it myself? The Dev team is the one who msde getting the 120 Fishing so difficult and bobbing so lame. The quests should give more, I think. I did quests all day yesterday and I swear they were bugged. I started out getting two baits and ended up with 10 books all part fours. I have a really good order I'm hoping gives something but I wasn't chancing turning it in yet because like I said I did 12 quests yesterday and I got 10 books part 4s in a row! That right there made me want to give up! What are those damn books good for anyway. I clicked through them and it looks like they are filled with nonsense. I like doing the quests they eventually have to give me something, right? I've only gotten two 105s and a 110 so far and a few cool baits. The lava fish and the reaper fish have the cool abyssal color bait but my favorite is tied between the unicorn bait it reminds me of the antique wedding dress color and the void core crab bait which looks like the fuzzy void core color. Getting those few really excited because I actually got some cool stuff and was able to get up to 110. That's why I want to continue at it. Eventually, I want to go around and collect all the fish from the different places they spawn and put them all around my house. Some, take 120 fishing to get hence, the frustration I am having over how hard it is to get 120 fishing! I can't believe how much crab and lobster it has already took!

Hey,
I am new to this site. I'll get straight to the point. My husband chose the game over me. I was so pissed about it that I started an account and realized how addicting it can be. I have really enjoyed the lastest High Seas addition to the game. I spend most of my time fishing. I am interested in how I can catch more lobsters and crab to further myself in the game. Hopefully, you can help me out! ~FishQueen
