Here is the setup I run on my Sampire. I do a lot of spawns, but can go up against about anything in the game.
Bushido 120
Swords 120
Tactics 120
Resist 120
Necro 100
Chiv 80
Parry 60
I keep the 60 parry, as that plus the 120 bush and 120 Swords provide me with the 300 skill points to maximize the special moves costs. 80 Chiv with really high Karma is almost 100% effectiveness.
Healing is not a problem, with Vamp embrace, Confidence and Close woulds. I do run a little less Dex than most Sampires, Stam is only about 130, but that is because I have 25 SSI built into my suit and can put 30 SSI on weapons if needed.
As stated previously in the thread, there are many Sampire variations, just depends on what you are hunting and how you like to play.

Howdy everyone, I'm Nyses.
I've been playing UO now for 14 years, started back in 98', when a friend at work said "you've got to try this game out", one look at the box, and I was hooked.
I play on OSI shards, currently on Pacific, for the last 5 years or so, but over the years I have played on Oceania, Napa, Seige, and Origin for extended stints.
I primarily like to PvM, but occasionally I head out to PvP for a change of pace, and I do crafting so I can easily keep up on making new suits and weapons, as the game changes.
I don't script when I PvP (although it might help, lol) I do use them to gather resources, help with BoD's and to to get runic kits with. (you all know, the really mundane carpel tunnel inducing aspects of UO)
Anyway, like many who play this game, I have arrived at middle age, since I started playing UO. Being that I am not married and live in the great pacific northwest (rainy weather a lot) I usually get a couple of hours of UO in, most days, with the occasional small break once in a while.
