Well basically what it does is... it makes the niter pop like it is supposed to.  (put on your luck suit and go to a place like the orc cave) when the niter pops the script doesn't check for it.  it basically just mines in the same saved locations it has found previously.  (you know how it checks the first time you run it for all the spaces around you) so it never registers that the salt peter is there.  if you pause the script, and mine it yourself, then when you resume the salt peter will empty out of the pack into your set ore bag.  The only thing it does not do is check for the salt peter, and then mine it automatically.  Otherwise the script is amazing, flawless, and brings me tons of joy/metal...

ok I swear I have read so many pages and seen very little mention.  can someone help me out with farming Salt Peter?  found it mentioned it has ID's and you can add them and such.  I guess my question is this is miner for dummies, and it works fan-freakin-tastic!  well.    I'm no script writer.  is there a miner for dummies with the ability to mine salt peter?  This one makes them pop, but won't mine them.  if I pause and hit it myself then it will store the salt peter, like it knows what it is.  help a dummy out?

yeah lol ur out of my price range.. if I can't farm it or craft it with a fisherman(Love you TM), fully loaded crafter (thnx to euo/scriptuo.com) tamer, or sampire.  then I can't get it.  I stopped playing the game when everyone else got rich I played other games lol.  am still pretty recently back to the game.  I just don't have that kind of cash yet.  I'm at 2.5mil lol.  and I farm for everything.  I started getting up there, then I found out sampires need a slayer of every type.  gotta craft those.  then in order to have something last they have to have lots of charges of powder of fort.  ect ect.  these are all things I'm learning as I go.  Soooo I have to keep it basic for now.  but at least I have some knowledge on what gear I'm going to aspire to retrieve!

TYVM!  this is just the info I needed!   turns out I also found lower mana cost has a cap of 40.  I didn't know that before!  that gives me 2 more mr since pendant of the magi is part of my build.  ty for the link, and ty for the advice!

General UO Chat / LMC or MR?

So this could be a silly question, but my new mystic bard is struggling to make things work atm.  The simple part is I need to know what is more important when you are running both peace songs, and planning to use lots of RC's, and mysticism heal on standby when poisoned. 
I have 5 pieces on my suit I'm imbuing.  2 of them I cannot fit both Lower Mana Cost, and Mana Regen.   have to pick one or the other. 
as you already know if you're planning a response for this LMC is 8% max.  and MR is 2max.  Experienced bards have told me you want at least 20MR but I'm only at 15.  then I was looking at the reality.  if I can get 40% mana reduction.  then I barely need 3/5 of the desired mana regen right?  advice?  (I'm short the 5 points on magery because I have to wait 2 more months to get all 720 points)
btw spec is currently
120 music
120 peace
120 provoc
120 mysticism
95 magery
100 Focus
100 Poison

New member introductions / Hello there!

I am GC, well that's short for GirlCrazy (hey it seemed like a good name 12 years ago when I made it).  Anyway I used to play a long long time ago, stopped playing as my life changed, and now after attaining the career of FireFighter Paramedic, my job didn't come close to making the kind of money my wife did, and so with my daughter needing very specific assistance I pretty much am a stay at home dad for right now, and am playing UO to bring back the memories of old.  Was good times then, and is definitely fun now! 
I have a tamer, crafter, sampire, theif/healer/mage (used to be a monster, but I don't know anything about pvp nowadays), and a mule that used to be a warrior, but I don't like warriors in this game anymore.  Maybe once I get into pvp I'll consider a warrior again.  I play Pacific, and my favorite is my tamer, cause I'm a monster on it.. I'm certain I would like my sampire if I were better at playing it, but for now it's a character someone told me how to build.  I did, and then they were like here run this, and this, and you'll kill everything.  Well it works really well, but if I get trapped, and don't have the right wep, and then don't change to the right attack.  it's annoying, and there is a lot going on that is not 2nd nature for me, and since my tamer is such a beast, I'm having a hard time switching from greater dragon to sampire.  (greater dragon doesn't have to switch it's attacks or weps) All I do is loot and hide like a sissy, dragon does all the work. 
I am currently starting to learn about EUO, and so far it's amazing.  I'm looking to learn more, and hopefully get some good stuff going.
Am 31 these days, and only getting older lol!  I don't enjoy long walks in the park, but when I'm not stuck inside with my daughter I love to drink, and get out doors and do things outside.  from fishing, hiking, camping snowboarding to pretty much anything you can think of.  just cause I don't know how to hunt doesn't mean I wouldn't like it lol.  cause I imagine I would.
Hopefully this meets the majority of the criteria for introducing myself.
