Hey hows it goin. Ive played UO from the very start. Way back in the day when there was no tram. Things were WAY different back then lol. A buddy of mine (Who is dead now of a freak brain injury
) introduced me to the game around five months after it came out of beta testing. He had been telling me about the game for awhile before he finally talked me into trying it out. At the time I was a big Diablo fan and wasn't really looking for a new game. Anyway, from the first time I ran out of Britain with him and was quickly pk'd by a couple of reds ive been completely hooked on UO. Its one of the best games ive played by far. Ive took a few breaks here and there due to real world issues and whatknot but allways come back.
Ive played the Pacific shard ever since I started and what I like most about the game is the PVP and the Guild/Faction system. I have also made quite a few friends over the years and that's allways a plus. Im starting to venture out to other shards now because I went on break for a few years due to work (Was out of country and on a offshore drilling rig) and came back to find Pacific very dead compared to what it used to be. Most of the PVPers have moved to Atl so im transferring my red over to Atl here pretty soon so I can get back in the middle of the fighting with a couple of old Pac buddies who moved while I was on break.
Ive never really been a scripter. I played around with EasyUO a lil bit right before I went on break this last time and found that it makes a lot of things much easier needless to say and here recently I heard of ScriptUO so I asked around a lil bit and almost everyone has said that the scripts here are much more efficient so I figured I would come check you guys out and see for myself. I would like to get into writing some scripts myself some day and before I try I would like to see some of the best out there.
